Just wanted to send out a formal invitation to all who would like to join us in the annual BBQ. Any race fan that can show up with a smile,is willing to laugh a bit, and put up with the rest of us regulars, you are ALL welcome to join in.

I normally start cooking around 1:00 or so, and there’s usually something on the grill until late after the races are over… but the party doesn’t stop then.

Over the years, I would guess that about 125 or so different Karnac guests and race tack folks have come.

Please consider joining in. We do have fun, and sometimes we even get some crazy entertainment too (see Boneman for graphic details and photos).

Virginia has the order for the 'tater salad already too… Just have to keep OSF out of it so others can have some… :wink:

November 26th, New Smyrna Speedway. If you pull up near the ticket booth, look to the left. There’s only one small patch of trees, and we’ll be near it.

No Jerry. it’s Nov. 19th…Unless they changed it in the last few hours. The 26th is Thanksgiving Weekend.

Good to see your both coming. Picked up about 20# of chicken today to freeze. A lot more to come. I REALLY want a batch of clams to steam up.

I may try to bring my pop up camper down there on friday and stay through sunday. wish it had a shower…
