December 27, 2019 - On behalf of Rick Anges and everyone else that has ever been involved in any way with Karnac.com and RealracinUSA.com, I would like to announce that we are combining resources with Sunshine State Racing owners Robert Howell and Jennifer Brinson. This alliance will bring together one of the oldest websites dedicated to local, regional and national motorsport activities with the already established and rapidly growing social media audience of Sunshine State Racing on Facebook.
Robert and Jennifer have already begun to develop new promotions and opportunities for fans, drivers, teams, tracks and sponsors, and will begin to officially announce them on all three platforms soon.
Together, we will provide access to a variety of motorsports action from across the State and beyond for many more years to come and carry on the tradition that Jack Smith began 20 years ago.
Off the top, I first want to say, I appreciate all that Robert does for Florida racing, and Thanks for trying to revive Karnac?.. I met a TON of great people through this site in years past.
That being said… and you asked for suggestions… keep the damn politics off of here. I don’t care which side anyone is on, but this is NOT the place to voice opinions on that subject. People were being attacked for their views, nothing was under control, and people left here… I’m positive I’m not the only one that didn’t come back because of it.
STICK TO RACING people…
Rant over… I look forward to contributing again, in a hopefully positive way, and get back to the FUN that Karnac was founded on.
As I told Dave, decades ago at Carl Mobley’s house. Anything I have in the Fred “Coxon” Coxen collection that you would want to use, you have a my permission to use it. I feel that those photo belong to the racing family !!
Thank You that is appreciated and just so everyone knows that Dave’s racing History sites are on the Karnac server and they will not be going any where. We all love the History

One a side note - I think there are browser compatability issues with the forum as I have been unable to login from Firefox for quite a while. On a whim I decided to try MS Edge today and I got in - woohoo!

Craig Stern? I thought you dropped off the planet years ago! We are all united by the sport we love. One of my sons is a skilled young driver, and I am happy to be helping him along. Last year was the first that I had been out of a seat since 1987, but I expect to be back in 2020.
