Supposedly born in 1925 and lived in Lighthouse Point Florida in the early 1980s.He supposedly sold a former Cup series Dodge Charger of early 70s vintage to an Ohio Team to run in ARCA.There is a gentleman named “Max” wondering in connection to verifying Max’s purchasing the car from him.Its a very fuzzy kind of gray area story but Mr.Davis did NO wrong in the story but he can verify "Max’s " ownership of the car.So if anybody knows Bob Davis or his status as far as still alive or not let me know and I will pass the info on to “Max”
Davis tried to qualify in several events in the stated Charger around 1982 or so.Suposedly making the field only once for a (Arca or perhaps USAC) race.
