My values are most likely the same as yours but having a religious type conversation on this board is suicide!!

not spreading the word of God is suicide. not honoring His son is suicide.
Loving Jesus and sharing His promise with others is the only way to life everlasting.
if the ppl on here dont feel the same way thats their right but those of us who believe have to maintain our right to spread God’s word and not be intimidated by anyone. if we turn our backs then it becomes our sin… and we will pay for it. our govt. is trying to take God from us. every thing good in life is being challenged and we are allowing it. abyss… if you love God (Jesus) please dont allow anyone to stop you from speaking …every race track starts the evening with a prayer so i believe most of our racing family are Christians and we are not committing suicide. 
i am in awe of your total honesty…but please dont be afraid to honor your heavenly Father… you would not be afraid to honor your earthly Father and would fight for that right.

Abyss said he felt it was suicide to speak about Jesus on here. he didnt say whether he wanted to or not. just that he is not comfortable with what could happen if he did…
the problem with Christians is that alot do believe and alot would love to be able to speak but they are afraid ppl will ridicule them. i could care less… the ppl on this board will not be deciding what happens to me when i die. only God will and it is He whom i have to please and honor… Gods message to us is “love one another”… i try to do that at all times even tho its soooooooooooooo hard sometimes.

maybe just about everyone that writes replies wrote a reply. Maybe everyone that looks at karnac looked at Don’s Christmas post. Maybe everyone that feels like Christ is the mean reason was at church Christmas eve and felt no reply was needed.

Work on pleasing and honoring God to score points for your own judgement day. Stop worrying about everyone else’s. A lot of (and by that I mean “most”) people are smarter than you and can dictate their own spiritual

If someone came on here and wished everyone a Happy Ramadan, they would be crucified themselves. I don’t care WHAT your own personal beliefs are… if they work for YOU, then whoop-de-doo for you. It still doesn’t make you RIGHT, even if you are in the majority. There are plenty of other countries where you are in the MINORITY in those beliefs. Does that make YOU wrong???
Carol… don’t feel “disillusioned” about the lack of responses. That’s the way it SHOULD be. People making their OWN choices, having faith in whoever makes their life better, and the guts to keep their beliefs to themselves.

the original post was put on by Don… it was a reminder of what Christmas is to Christians. it was never intended to try and make Christians out of non believers.
to be a good Christian you should be able to spread Gods word and whomever want to listen can and the others dont have to. i said before, we are all responsible for our own actions and how we handle our lives. that doesnt mean i condemn those who dont feel like i do. i believe that only God can judge… but if ppl can come on here and be unkind then i dont see why we cant be kind.

I have a great respect for you, BUT, I spent 6 years of my life in the military Trying to Guarantee that you could think the way you want and I won’t begin to try to take that right away from you. That being said I have just as much right to believe what I do and that’s in Jesus Christ. You may choose to worship whoever of what ever you wish but please don’t tell me I can’t mention what I believe in. I in turn will respect what you believe in. Bob…the whole point is no one wants to come here to read about or be drug into a religious or political debate. No…that’s wrong. There ARE people who seem to like that but I still believe the majority want to discuss RACING and RACING RELATED subjects.
The real problem is Carol KNOWS that but she WANTS to spark a big debate about it. Pretty much why she started this thread, dontcha think? I mean, it was already beaten to death on another thread but she just HAD to try to restart it here. I’m sure she will be back-peddling and try to deny it or say that she really didn’t mean it that way…that is her modus operandi, you know.

NO! The headings weren’t explicit and it was NOT just Happy Holidays wishes! YOU had to “wonder” about everyone’s values because there were no responses to why people don’t see the need to get worked up when people shorten Christmas to XMAS…BECAUSE IT’S NO BIG DEAL!!!
